Connect bexio to Raysly

Connect bexio to Raysly from Integrations. When a customer order is paid, Raysly can push the invoice and the payment into bexio. bexio stays the book of record.

This guide says exactly what the bexio connection does today. Raysly does not read more than the connection asks for.

Before you start

• Sign in to Raysly as the account owner or an admin. Only owners and admins can connect or disconnect an integration.
• Have the bexio account that should be linked to Raysly.

Connect

1. Open the bexio tile. In Raysly open Settings → Integrations. Find the bexio tile with the search box or the Accounting filter, and click Connect on the tile. A details panel opens. Click Connect in the panel to go to bexio.
2. Approve bexio. Sign in to bexio and approve. Raysly asks to read your chart of accounts and to create invoices and payments.
3. Check the connection. Raysly brings you back to Integrations and shows a green confirmation banner. The tile now says Connected, and the details panel shows which account it is connected as. The tile shows bexio as connected. Map your accounts in the panel before the first invoice.
4. Know what the connection does. When a customer order is paid, Raysly can push the invoice and the payment into bexio. bexio stays the book of record.

Disconnect

In Settings → Integrations open the bexio tile and click Disconnect, then confirm. Raysly marks the connection as revoked and stops using it. Invoices already created in bexio stay there.

Raysly's authorisation can stay listed at bexio after you disconnect. To remove it there as well, revoke Raysly under the connected apps in your bexio account.
