Connect Calendly to Raysly

Connect Calendly to Raysly from Integrations. New Calendly bookings appear in Raysly Appointments with the time and the event name. Guest contact details stay in Calendly.

This guide says exactly what the Calendly connection does today. Raysly does not read more than the connection asks for.

Before you start

• Sign in to Raysly as the account owner or an admin. Only owners and admins can connect or disconnect an integration.
• Have the Calendly account that should be linked to Raysly.

Connect

1. Open the Calendly tile. In Raysly open Settings → Integrations. Find the Calendly tile with the search box or the Booking filter, and click Connect on the tile. A details panel opens. Click Connect in the panel to go to Calendly.
2. Approve Calendly. Sign in to Calendly and approve. Receiving bookings automatically needs a paid Calendly plan that allows webhooks.
3. Check the connection. Raysly brings you back to Integrations and shows a green confirmation banner. The tile now says Connected, and the details panel shows which account it is connected as. The tile shows Calendly as connected. New bookings show in Appointments.
4. Know what the connection does. New Calendly bookings appear in Raysly Appointments with the time and the event name. Guest contact details stay in Calendly.

Disconnect

In Settings → Integrations open the Calendly tile and click Disconnect, then confirm. Raysly marks the connection as revoked and stops using it. Bookings already in Raysly stay. New Calendly events stop arriving.

Raysly's authorisation can stay listed at Calendly after you disconnect. To remove it there as well, remove the Raysly webhook in your Calendly account.
