The System diagram is built into Raysly and on by default. It adds an interactive diagram tab to your offers. Here is how to show or hide it for your customers.
Last updated
The System diagram is the interactive Diagram tab on your offers. It is drawn from the real components of each offer. It comes with Raysly and is on by default, so there is nothing to connect. This guide shows how to hide the tab or show it again.
Before you start
- You need a Raysly account. If you do not have one yet, create a Raysly account first.
- Sign in to Raysly as the account owner or an admin. Only owners and admins can connect or disconnect an integration.
Set up
- Find the System diagram. In Raysly open Settings → Integrations. Under the Built in filter, click Configure on the System diagram tile. The details panel shows an on/off switch and a Configure link.
- Switch it on or off. The switch shows or hides the Diagram tab on your offers right away. It is on by default.
- Or use the settings page. Click Configure to open System diagram. Tick or untick Show the diagram tab on my offers. The setting saves as soon as you click; there is no Save button.
- Check an offer. Open one of your offers as a customer would. With the diagram on, the offer has a Diagram tab next to the other tabs. With it off, the tab is gone.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to connect anything?
No. The System diagram is built into Raysly and on by default. There is no account to link.
What does the diagram show?
An interactive drawing of the system, built from the real components of each offer. You cannot edit the drawing itself; you choose whether customers see it.
Why can I not see the Diagram tab on my offers?
Check that the System diagram switch is on. Raysly can also switch a built-in feature off for the whole platform; in that case the tab is hidden even when your own switch is on.
Who can change this setting?
Only the account owner and admins can open the System diagram settings.
