Businesses using Raysly operate their own customer-facing storefronts. Each such business is identified as the trader on its own storefront and is responsible for its own storefront's legal pages. Luxa Energy LTD is not identified by this notice as the supplier of any installation, offer or product created or sold by a business using Raysly.
Country and language
Raysly is offered in Cyprus, Switzerland, United Kingdom and is operated in all of them by the company identified above. Display language does not change your contracting party or the law governing an existing agreement. Any contractual language-precedence rule is set out in the Business Terms of Service.
Rights and reporting
Rights in third-party names and materials remain with their respective owners. Report incorrect company particulars, or a concern about content on a page operated directly by Luxa Energy LTD (as distinct from a business user's own storefront, which has its own notice-and-action channel under the Business Terms of Service, Section 6), to support@raysly.com.
